Nelson House is a step down rehabilitation hospital in Gosport, Hampshire suitable for men over the age of 18 years and detained under the mental Health Act. The focus of Nelson House will be in preparing residents for discharge into the community through active and targeted therapy programs.
Nelson House opened on the 1st May 2012.

All patients referred will be assessed by a Consultant Psychiatrist and members of the Multi disciplinary Team.
We will provide a written report within three working days of the assessment, this can be fast tracked in urgent cases.
Pre placement visits are encouraged.
